Graydidascalus

The monotypic Graydidascalus genus include a single species: Short-tailed parrot.

It can be found along the Amazon river in Brazil, Colombia, Bolivia, Ecuador and Peru.

It is about 24 cm long and mainly green; as the name implies the tail is very short tail compared to other parrot species.
