Cyanoramphus

The Cyanoramphus genus includes several small to medium sized parakeets with long tails and a general green plumage native to New Zealand and several islands in the southern Pacific Ocean.

Four species are sadly extinct while others are vulnerable or critically endangered according to the IUCN Red List.
